In order to further develop our activities in the field of gynecology, we are looking for a Clinical Sales & Training Specialist – Medical Devices. The Clinical Sales & Training Specialist will provide technical, educational, and clinical support, develop clinical programs and conduct field/customer training objectives to assist in meeting regional sales in the assigned geographic territory. The Clinical Sales & Training Specialist will support field organization promoting our product Cavaterm (http://cavaterm.com/) and clinicians who are using our device.
Key responsibilities: Clinical: - Ensure training to physicians, distributors sales representatives or direct sales forces - Participate in discussions with physicians about cases (pathology & procedures), strategies and products - Assist physician in the operation room where you will demonstrate our product and ensure training of medical personnel - Collect all clinical data that related to our product
Sales: - Build and maintain existing relationships with our clientele and aim at constantly broaden the customer base - Establish, maintain and develop contacts with gynecologists, operating staff at hospitals, as well as procurement managers - Ensure the realization of sales activities in the assigned sales territories according to yearly sales objectives - Manage and organize trainings and participate in conferences - Identify both issues and opportunities
Marketing: - Marketing and competition intelligence (pricing, new products, new strategies, positioning etc...) - Organize and implement focused events and launch meetings (meet the experts meeting, business reviews, etc...). - Responsible for all marketing activity for local events (Booth , visuals , flyers , print out materials .......etc) - Organize product representation to local and international events
Desired Skills & Experience: - Medical or paramedical training - Independent, assertive, dynamic and result-oriented personality - Good communication skills - Ability to communicate fluently in German (or Swiss German) + English - Experience of medical device sales & training - Previous experience with gynecologists or surgeons - A strong nursing background - Prefer a proven track record with technical training and sales assignments, with knowledge of the operating theater The sales and training activities will mainly take place in the Swiss German part of Switzerland with frequent travel to Pnn Medical Headquarter at Morges, Switzerland or in Europe.
